Resort RV Park is not a campground .  This is a beautifully Landscaped ,Gated Community lined with Rows of Palms, located 2 South Blocks to the Beach, Gated & has A Community Swimming Pool. 31 RV Lots Individually owned including  owner occupied lots and rental lots.

SEASONAL/LONG TERM RENTAL RATES

6 Months or Longer :$950/month and includes cable, internet, water and trash. Storage Shed with Washer & Dryer can be included for additional $50/month. Renter responsible for power. No Tourism Tax if Rental Period is longer than 6 Months and 1 Day. Renter pays power bill

LONG TERM RATES: AVAILABLE BEGINNING April 1 2019  – Monthly $900+ Renter pays power bill. Storage Shed with Washer & Dryer can be included for additional $50/month. (No Tourism Tax if rental period is over 6 months)

Rental Rate Includes: Taxes, Water, Sewer, Cable, Internet & Trash. Power included for 1 month rentals only. Rentals for longer than 1 month will be required to pay their own power but will NOT be required to pay Tourism Tax if longer than 6 months.

RESORT RV PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

Destin Resort RV Park – is in a small gated community of 31 lots and is only 600 yards (2 South blocks) from public beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Miramar Beach. We have rules not only to preserve the quality of the park but to also provide safety for our owners and our guests.  Tenants will be required to sign acknowledgement and compliance with the following park rules upon reservation.

These rules will be strictly enforced violators will be asked to leave the park

1. Only self contained RV’s 27ft to 45ft in length in good condition with a valid license plate are permitted on RV Sites.
2. Storage of boats utility trailers or tow dollies are NOT permitted on RV sites or common ground Unless board members pre-approve temporary permit
3. Only one RV, two vehicles, car or truck and one LSV(low†speed†vehicle) are allowed on any one lot. All vehicles must fit on the lot and can NOT stick out into common area
4. No automobile or small engine repair permitted in Park. This would included, but not limited to car, truck or motorcycle
5. Rental sites are to be occupied by not more than 5 Family Members Primary tenant must be over the age of 25. No long term overnight guest are allowed other than family
6. Tenants are responsible for maintaining their sites in an orderly and neat manner clean and free of debris and clutter.
7. Tenants are responsible for repair to any damage to owner and or Park property including but not limited to gate, structures and landscaping.
8. Speed limit is 5MPH at all times
9. Trash must be placed in dumpster located next to the front gate behind closed doors. No outside dumping.
10. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
11. Tenants are allowed to have two maximum 40 lb pets per lot.  No vicious or nuisance
12. pets or exotic pets are allowed in park.  Pets are to be on a maximum 6’ leash at all time in the park Park lots and common ground are NOT to be used by pets. Take your pet outside the gate to the south side “natural area’ for these duties. No tethering or chaining of pets on lot.
13. Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms or Anywhere around the fenced pool area and Proper disposal of butts must be used within the park
14. Tenants Guests are NOT PERMITTED to use the pool without tenant and limited in number. Swimming Pool area hours are 8am to 9pm. A responsible adult must accompany children under 14 years while utilizing the swimming area and restroom.
15. Rules and Warnings posted in pool area must be observed and followed at all times. Floats, Noodles,etc,  are not to be left in or around pool area when not in use.
16. Use of clubhouse, storeroom, area and equipment is restricted to owners use only.
17. Restrooms are for those using Clubhouse and Pool area and are NOT to be used as a second bathroom or for personal hygiene, shaving or hair coloring, etc. Tenants are responsible for cleanup of restrooms and pool area
18. Any use of profane or vulgar language, signage or clothing is not permitted or tolerated.
19. ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT ANYTIME AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND GROUND FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Tenants will be held responsible for their guests.
20. Non Compliance with the Rules and Regulations of Resort RV Park will result in the following:

• 1st Offense: Verbal Warning
• 2nd Offense: $100 fine payable to Resort RV Park
• 3rd Offense: Removal from park of the RV and all Tenant accessories.

About the Area

Miramar Beach is located in the Panhandle of Florida in the Destin Area with  beautiful Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast in the Panhandle in a Gated Community with  Beautiful Palms,  Community Swimming Pool and a short 2 Block walk , bike or Golf Cart Ride to Public Beach Access at Pompano Joe’s.

Destin Area Information :South of Hwy 98 to Scenic 98 is a Golf Cart Community.2 blocks away is the popular Pompano Joe’s Restaurant on the Beach and Public Beach Access. The Silver Sands Outlets are less than 3 miles away. The Grand Boulevard upscale shopping, restaurants, theater and Destin Commons Mall is less than 5 miles away. Destin RV Park – also known as the Palms of Miramar Resort RV Park is a very nice, clean and friendly park with Park Rules and Regulations to protect not only our beautiful park and park owners, but to also provide protection for our renters and guests. All renters will be required to sign the Rules and Regulations along with rental agreement when a reservation is made.
